COVID-19 Precautions

Lux cares about your health and safety, so please know Lux is frequently and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Masks are enforced. We clean every piece of equipment we touch and sanitize between all of our clients and workout sessions. Our clients have all agreed to cancel when they have any symptoms whatsoever, are concerned about exposure, or have traveled. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to keep you (and us!) healthy.

Small Group Training

Schedule:  

5am, 6am Mon – Wed – Thursday | 5:30am Tues – Fri (Mat Pilates)

New clients are required to do a minimum of 4 private training sessions before joining. All levels are welcome, but total beginners or those who need special attention are strongly advised to consider private training.

Scheduling is on a first come, first serve basis. Walk-ins are not permitted at this time. Please email charis@coachchariscook.com to schedule up to 2 weeks ahead of time.

Get a 5 session punch card. Expires 3 months after purchase. No refunds.

Studio Policies:

  • Missed sessions can be made up within the month, but will depend on the studio’s availability.
  • For sessions canceled last minute or no-shows, the session will be forfeited.
  • For longer absences such as vacation, please discuss options with your coach.
  • No refunds given for any reasons.
