Private Individual Training

Lux provides its members with a clean, quiet space to train using the best equipment. You’ll be able to move freely and comfortably. Not only will I provide personalized correctives tailored to your individual needs, but training sessions are tough, but built for YOU. No more wasting your time or getting hurt from cookie-cutter, random workouts. Sessions are 50 minutes or can be combined for an hour and 15 minutes. I still offer training virtually via Zoom.
